Dry hire, priced simply. Rates are for facilities hire only - producers, engineers and assistants are engaged directly with the freelancer and invoiced by them.

Studios 3 and 4 - private production and songwriting suites - are held under long-term arrangements, and rooms may become available for the right fit.
