For hip-hop artist and music producer, Ollie Roland, capturing sounds and music that not only speak for now, but reflect and respect that which has come before, while also striving to create something new and future-facing is woven into his very DNA.

Beats from the ground up and production values that capture the soul of hip-hop and rap music are the fundamentals of Ollie’s artistry. Having played piano and guitar since he was just a young child, in his quest to create the perfect sound, Ollie knew that in order to move to the next level, he had to set himself apart from other hip-hop artists. So, he made the decision to train as an Audio-Engineer (Bachelor of Audio Production @ SAE Institute Sydney, Australia), undertaking his studies in Australia’s most well-known city, Sydney. To follow his dreams, Ollie had to pack up and leave the coastal paradise, Port Macquarie, where beach life mixed with a party scene, along with his Malaysian heritage, inspires much of Ollie’s sound today.

Ollie spends his days professionally making beats and producing music for artists from across the globe, and at the same time, he captures elements of real life, and spits his truth through well thought out, catchy hip-hop lyrics as part of his vocal crusade.
